答案是：一隻叫做Ishmael 的大猩猩

大部分的人類 生活在一種『母體文化(Mother Culture)』的催眠洗腦之下 這種人，簡稱為『受者』（the takers)
受者文化的假設是：世界是為人類所造 人類乃生來宰制世界的 （而最根本的驅力 其實是一種唯恐匱乏的不安）
人類是世界創造的『目的』 （人類的出現代表著演化的終結，the end of creation!）
相對於受者的人類，姑且稱為『離者』(the leavers)
離者文化的假設則是：人類屬於世界

Ishmael 說了一段話 相當有趣
"Just think. In a billion years, whatever is around then, whoever is around then, says, 'Man? Oh yes, man! What a wonderful creature he was! It was within his grasp to destroy the entire world and to trample all our futures into the dust---but he saw the light before it was too late and pulled back. He pulled back and gave the rest of us our chance. He showed us all how it had to be done if the world was to go on being a garden forever. Man was the model for us all!"
『試想，在億萬年後，那時候在地球上的，不管是什麼，或者是誰，說："人類？啊！人類！多美好的造物啊！他本來可以毀掉整個世界，將我們的未來蹂躪成塵土的---但他及時領悟且退讓了。他退讓並給了我們機會。他向我們展現，要怎麼做才能讓世界永遠像花園一般地存在。人類，是我們大家的模範啊！』

No one ever sat you down and said, ‘Here is how things came to be this way.’ Rather, you assembled this explanation like a mosaic: from a million bits of information presented to you in various ways by others who share that explanation…”
『母體文化，從你出生就在你耳邊響著的聲音，已經給你關於為何事物變成這樣的解釋。你相當瞭解這個解釋，你們文化中的人都相當瞭解。然而這個解釋並不是全部被一次提供。從來沒有人坐在你跟前然後跟你說：這，就是為何事物演變成這樣的原因。而是，從與你同樣領受這個解釋的人，以各種方式向你放送的千萬個資訊片段中，你像馬賽克般地拼裝出這個解釋。』
